Arrival time

Your reserved spaces on our campsite can be obtained from 2 p.m.

Ourapartments are available from around 4 p.m. Please understand that there can be delays in the high season.

Our reception is manned until 6:00 p.m.

Arrivals after 6:00 p.m. is not possible.

 

Arrival without reservation

You are welcome to book with us for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Arriving without a reservation is not recommended, especially in the high season and during the vacation season.

 

Bakery and shop from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m

The Straub bakery from Laimnau is in the shop every day from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. during the high season and during vacation time (Baden-Württemberg) and supplies you with fresh rolls.

The bread and rolls are still made with real craftsmanship and old traditions.

Pre-orders are not necessary.

In addition to bread and rolls, you can also buy a small selection of everything you need for your breakfast (eggs, milk, cheese, cold cuts etc.), including detergent and pasta.

In low season only open on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.

Bank and ATM

In Laimanu (2 km away) you will find the Raiffeisenbank Tettnang-Laimnau. Please change money there too.

 

Barrier entry and exit times

You can drive in and out from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. During this time the barrier is open.

 

Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation by email. If you cannot receive any emails, we will be happy to send you the confirmation by post.

 

Choice of pitch

We are happy to receive your requests for pitch numbers and location. We reserve the right to change in case of internal need.

 

Cancellation camping

Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, a 3-day stay will be charged. If your booking is not canceled, we will charge you for the entire stay In the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked days must be paid in full in the high season.

 

Deposit

You do not have to pay a deposit for your booking in advance. You pay us on site.

 

Departure

Should be done by 11:00 a.m.

Our leisure facilities are available for you until your departure time (11:00 a.m.).

Late departure until 4:00 p.m. is possible after prior consultation if the pitch is not reserved.

 

Discounts

We do not have discounts on cardholders and members.

 

Dogs

Dogs are welcome. We limit the number of dogs to 2 per pitch. More than two please upon request.

It is compulsory to have them on a leash at any time. There are several stations with dog bags and rubbish bins. A nice dog run to the Argenbrücke and a dog place on the campsite.

 

Electricity

Electricity is billed according to consumption. One-time connection fee and electric on consumption per kwh

You need a CEE adapter for our power box. You can also buy these from us at the reception.

In addition, a monitoring cable of 25 m (cable drum) is often required, as the power box is not always located directly on the pitch.

Electricity consumption is included in our apartments.

Ambulances can pass the barrier automatically.

 

Extension of your stay

We are pleased that you would like to extend your stay. We ask you to contact us at an early stage.

 

Gas testing

Your vehicle MUST have a current, valid, regulatory gas test.

Night rest

Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The night's rest is to be observed.

 

Open fire / grilling

Open fire is strictly prohibited on the entire site. Grilling is allowed in commercially available grills with gas only.

 

Opening times campsite and apartment hotel

We always open Easter and close September 30th.

 

Opening times pool

The pool opens Penecost until end of main season. Daily open from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm.

Use at your own risk. Air mattresses or others are not allowed.

 

Payment campsite

Payment is made on site upon departure. You can pay with us in cash. We accept debit and credit cards (except American Express). 

For bookings of 14 nights or more in the high season, we take the liberty of requiring a deposit of 25% of the booking amount as a reservation deposit. These would not be refunded in the event of a no-show.

 

Payment apartments

Our apartments are to be payed in advance within 8 days after confirmation.

 

Public transportation

The next bus stop is about 2 km away in Laumnau / Argentalschule.

The reception is open daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.  You can reach us on +49 7543 9633-0, in urgent cases also on +49 151 72720770.

 

Reservation conditions camping

We are happy to accept your reservation with a minimum stay of 3 nights. These will also be billed in the event of early departure.

 

Reservation conditions apartment hotel

Reservations are binding. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Our apartments are to be payed in advance within 8 days after confirmation.

 

Restaurant and beer garden

We spoil you with hearty German dishes, but pizza from our wood-fired oven is also our specialty.

 

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed outside any buildings. Our apartments are absolutely non-smoking apartments!

 

Target group

Over the years we have specialized in couples, seniors and families with small children looking for peace and quiet. We deliberately decided against animation and events in order to be able to offer our guests relaxation and tranquility in nature.

 

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when booking our apartment hotel.

 

WLAN / Internet

Unfortunately, we can only offer you basic WiFi in the reception area. The rural area in Germany is only moderately developed in this regard.

 

Youth groups

We cannot provide facilities for youth groups.
